As a Dad, like my Dad before me, I want my kid to know me for who I am and not for a mask I put on.
Any parent that has ever been in existence has thought about how their children see them. This isn't a new concept, but often it is one that we find ourselves wondering about and fretting over because who wants to be remembered as a tyrannical dick?

We hate, hate, but it is a powerful tool for stopping mental and physical abuse. It has the power to prevent abusive behavior from getting into future generations, but it requires one thing for it to work: You have to see the problem to hate it.
